This very popular musical tells how the ancient Aztec race began and how they eventually met their demise at the hands of the European explorers. It has now been performed in over 200 schools nationwide.

During the course of the story we see and hear how the people decided where to set up their home following a message from the gods; the ritual of sacrifices and the story of the gods; as well as the return of the God of Death, Quetzalcoatl, and the ending of the Aztec people's reign by the Cortes led Spanish explorers.

The play was written by Ian Rizzotto and Hilary Sheldon and lasts for approximately 60 minutes.
